The Massachusetts Conference for Women is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that holds an annual Conference to advance women and allies’ professional and personal development. The Massachusetts Conference for Women is offering 2 exciting experiences this year: Virtual Conference on Thursday, Dec. 1, that attendees can participate from home, work, or anywhere in the world! The core virtual experience features inspiring keynotes, breakout sessions with top professional and personal development experts, opportunities to ask experts questions in real-time, facilitated networking, and more. TiE ScaleUp has opened applications for its ninth cohort. Scale Up is the first and only Seed+ to Series A startup Accelerator in Boston. The accelerator program specializes in supporting seed and Series A companies as they overcome barriers to scale. Applications are due December 1. More information here.

Advancing Climatetech and Clean Energy Leaders (ACCEL)
Greentown Labs and Browning the Green Space (BGS) are requesting applications from innovative startups with founding and executive teams that are primarily made up of BIPOC leaders who are developing climate solutions for sectors including electricity, transportation, buildings, manufacturing, and agriculture. MassCEC Accelerator Funding Program
The Accelerator Funding Program provides grants to Massachusetts accelerators for specific activities with the goal of growing the cleantech innovation ecosystem and commercializing early stage cleantech startups. Grants fund accelerator activities, including operations and management expenses, events and educational series, growing strategic clusters, prizes, and scholarships for their current cohort of startups. FinTech Sandbox is a nonprofit which enables financial technology entrepreneurs to build robust products by providing access to critical data, development tools and a curated network of customers, entirely for free. FinTech Sandbox is open to all startups innovating in financial services that can use financial data products we offer for product development and testing. The spirit of the program is to offer data to start-ups that could not otherwise afford it. More information here.

The NAACP Power Forward Small Business Grant is available for Black-owned businesses with one to 25 employees located in New England (Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and select areas of Connecticut (more details in the application). $25,000 in grants are available on a rolling basis. Venture Lane is piloting a new virtual membership called Venture Lane Connect. The membership will enable B2B startup founders based in Boston to tap into Venture Lane’s curated network, weekly programming focused on go-to-market strategy, $400K in perks like AWS and Microsoft Azure and other resources for early-stage growth.
