  • Startup Boston Week 2026 – is where the startup community gathers. All industries, all startup departments, all company stages – together for five days of jam-packed networking and content.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

  • The TiE Women Program 2026 is an incredible opportunity for women founders to showcase their innovative business ideas on a global stage. If you are a woman entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and a drive to make a difference, we encourage you to apply to participate in this prestigious program. Whether you are in the early stages of launching your startup or have an established business looking to scale, this competition offers a platform to gain visibility, network with industry leaders & investors, and access mentorship. Applications are due June 15.
  • CIC Massachusetts Social Impact Cohort: Who should apply? Uderrepresented founders in early stages of business across all industries, with companies based in Massachusetts or the Greater Boston area. What does the cohort include? 3 months of programming plus an additional 3 months of free membership at CIC, with all-inclusive services and amenities; 24/7 access to CIC’s Innovation Campus, coworking space, and global community; educational, curated programming to support growth and development; and an expanded network of mentors, investors, and business contacts. Applications are due June 22.
  • The Boost Platform from Sandia National Laboratories, the Department of Energy (DOE), and industry partner FedTech, is an initiative that brings national labs, startups, academia, and DOE-developed technologies together to find solutions to regional energy and infrastructure challenges. Learn from innovators across industries to develop entrepreneurial skills, ranging from technical know-how to customer discovery. Applications are due June 26.
  • Grow Getter Grant – HubSpot for Startups and Startup Boston are teaming up to fund one early-stage founder with a $1,000 grant — and the spotlight to match. If you’re building, testing, selling, and figuring it out in real time, this is for you. Apply by June 26th, 2026. Results will be announced by July 3rd, 2026.
  • Big Tree Innovation Fund 4-Week Investor Readiness Bootcamp: This bootcamp will help you be investor-ready in 4 weeks. Built from over 200 pitches and company evaluations, this hands-on program helps founders secure funding faster. Applications are due June 30.
  • The Open Accelerator Residency. Building an AI startup in Massachusetts? This 16-week Boston-based residency offers mentorship from Red Hat and industry experts, support strengthening your product and enterprise readiness, and potential investment from IBM Ventures. Applications close June 30.
  • VentureWell Ocean Enterprise Accelerator: Applications for the Fall 2026 cohort of the Ocean Enterprise Accelerator are now open! This program, built in partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), helps teams kickstart their innovation journey, building the future of the blue economy through industry-specific mentorship and access to a pipeline of $140K in technology development awards. Apply by July 7.
  • VHBOS Fellowship. Building a startup in Greater Boston? Venture Hive is awarding 15 founders $5K in non-dilutive funding plus 13 weeks of coaching, workshops, office hours, and founder support designed to help you grow faster (and hopefully stress a little less). Apply by July 10.
  • Fall 2026 WIN Lab® – Presented by the Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership’s Frank & Eileen™ Institute for Women and Allies, the WIN Lab® provides entrepreneurs with an inspiring community and a rigorous, experiential process that catalyzes innovative thinking and enables them to successfully scale their businesses. This will be a hybrid program with sessions held on the Babson Wellesley campus and online. The application deadline is July 13th.
  • Santander US Training | Cultivate Small Business Cohort 14: Santander’s award-winning Cultivate Small Business helps early-stage entrepreneurs build and sustain businesses in the food industry, with a focus on historically underserved founders. Cultivate is a completely FREE 12 week MBA-style program that provides a customized curriculum, access to industry experts and capital grants. Applications are due July 21.
  • The Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CAM) is now accepting applications for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Accelerator Program (MMAP). MMAP is designed for manufacturers looking to modernize operations, adopt new technologies and strengthen their workforce. Applications are due Friday, July 24.
  • MASS Timber Assembly —Amount: $40,000. Open for applications until July 31, 2026.
  • EforAll Accelerator Program — Deadline: August 6. The EforAll Accelerator Program provides resources and support for aspiring entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses.
  • HAYVN HATCH is a pitch night for female founders, held two times a year at HAYVN, a women-centric coworking & event space. Female Founders are invited to present at HAYVN HATCH. The businesses that are most likely to be selected are scalable, with opportunity for growth and an interesting USP. Pitches will consist of a 3 minute presentation by you, the founder, followed by 5 minutes for Judge / Audience questions. Total time is 8 minutes. Applicants MUST have a deck to submit with their application. Application Deadline: August 21.
  • AREA — Deadline: August 31. Amount: $30,000. AREA is a NYC-based venture accelerator program for promising startup teams applying new technology-based approaches to solving traditional real estate problems. AREA provides $30,000 in seed funding, communal office space, educational curriculum, mentorship, and access to the AREA alumni network.
  • Heat Pump and HVAC Training Network — Amount: up to $1,200,000. Strand B is rolling through May 15, 2027.
  • 2030 Fund — Deadline: Rolling. Funding opportunities available across multiple program areas, open for applications.
  • 2080 Ventures — Deadline: Rolling. 2080 Ventures is a fastest growing accelerator helping awesome founders from US, Asia, MENA, and the CIS region make their big ideas go global!
  • AcceliCITY — Deadline: Rolling. AcceliCITY supports startups addressing urban living challenges with funding, mentorship, and strategic support.
  • AfterHours — Deadline: Rolling. AfterHours is a student incubator and collective for artists, technologists, engineers, and creators building a humanist future by design. The program culminates in a VC-sponsored Demo Day, helping founders move faster with community support.
  • Auxilium — Deadline: Rolling. Auxilium partners with technology-based start-ups throughout their entrepreneurial journey and provides the resources, network, and funding for seed level start-ups.
  • BETA: Project Planning — Deadline: Rolling. Open for rolling applications to receive electrification and decarbonization planning.
  • Clean Energy Grants — Deadline: Rolling. Amount: $75,000. MassVentures co-manages the Catalyst and DICES grant programs with MassCEC to provide mentoring, networking and grants to researchers and early-stage companies looking to demonstrate initial prototypes of their clean energy technologies.
  • Clean Energy Internship Program for Employers — Deadline: Rolling. Amount: $4,320/intern for Fall or Spring session; $8,640/intern for Summer session or for Construction, Installation, and Maintenance. Funding available for internships, with varying amounts depending on session type.
  • FinTech Sandbox is a nonprofit which enables financial technology entrepreneurs to build robust products by providing access to critical data, development tools and a curated network of customers, entirely for free. FinTech Sandbox is open to all startups innovating in financial services that can use financial data products we offer for product development and testing. The spirit of the program is to offer data to start-ups that could not otherwise afford it.
  • Green School Works Technical Assistance Services — Deadline: Rolling. Amount: Technical assistance worth up to $250k. Open for rolling enrollment, providing technical assistance for green school projects.
  • Home Modernization Navigator — Deadline: Rolling. Currently accepting applications to support home modernization in select areas.
  • Mass Fleet Advisor — Deadline: Rolling. Amount: No-cost services. Open for applications providing no-cost services to fleets.
  • Northampton-Easthampton Electrification — Deadline: Rolling. Open for applications related to electrification projects in the Northampton-Easthampton area.
  • Request for Qualifications: Technical Assistance for Green School Works — Deadline: Rolling. Open for applications for technical assistance; rolling enrollment.
  • School Bus: Advisory Services Program — Deadline: Rolling. Amount: No-Cost Advisory Services. Funding for advisory services related to school buses, open for applications.
  • Techstars is the worldwide network that helps entrepreneurs succeed. As one of the largest pre-seed investors in the world, they funded over 3,200 companies that have gone on to have a market cap of $79B+. Each company receives up to $120,000 in funding, and access to the worldwide network of investors, hands-on mentorship, and over $4M of perks. Applications are open year-round and will be considered on a rolling basis. Your application will be valid for 12 months from the date of application.
  • TiE ScaleUp — Deadline: Rolling. TiE ScaleUp is an equity-free program that serves startup founders by providing each cohort company with curated mentorship from industry veterans, weekly workshops led by veteran entrepreneurs and domain experts, access to funders, and a lifelong connection to TiE’s esteemed global professional network.
  • Venture Fund — Deadline: Rolling. MassVentures provides catalytic funding and support for seed-stage deep tech enabled by university and hospital research centers.
