 Visible Hands is accepting applications for a Boston-based fellowship for early-stage entrepreneurs who are representative of Greater Boston’s rich racial and gender diversity.  The Fellowship for Female Founders is a FREE six-month Fellowship program designed for first-time female founders of early-stage scalable startups looking to raise their first outside capital. Since 2016, The Capital Network has supported 90+ female founders (50% BIPOC) who have collectively raised $85+ million. The Fellowship program gives female founders access to a robust curriculum of fundraising workshops, a supportive network of investors/mentors/entrepreneurs, and peer support to build fundraising confidence and readiness.  The EForAll Lynn Spring 2023 Social Impact Pitch Contest is a lively two-hour event that offer entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their business idea to a friendly audience and receive valuable feedback from experienced judges.  Business ideas across a wide range of industries are encouraged!  FedTech, in partnership with the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), is recruiting entrepreneurs to explore launching a new venture through the NSIN Foundry 2023 program. This year, NSIN Foundry will award up to $50,000 in non-dilutive cash prizes to the teams that demonstrate the strongest potential to commercialize DoD technology and produce capabilities that benefit the DoD and the private sector. FinTech Sandbox is a nonprofit which enables financial technology entrepreneurs to build robust products by providing access to critical data, development tools and a curated network of customers, entirely for free. FinTech Sandbox is open to all startups innovating in financial services that can use financial data products we offer for product development and testing. The NAACP Power Forward Small Business Grant is available for Black-owned businesses with one to 25 employees located in New England (Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and select areas of Connecticut (more details in the application). $25,000 in grants are available on a rolling basis.
