Erin Lubien spent over 20 years in corporate communications as the non-executive at the executive table, aka target of envious/experienced/strong women who believed she shouldn\’t be there. Having collected people her entire life, connecting them when necessary, she realized that not everyone is a natural connector nor is everyone for everybody. She gathered connections together and created the space to help others make courageous leaps, overcoming obstacles and tackling the inner critic to quiet insecurities and unleash their superpowers.
