There was food, glorious food abound at MIN Foodie #9. Sixteen product launchers brought their local and global flavors to share. Sweet and savory scents filled the Lord Hobo Brewing Company's rustic warehouse, set upon a background of granite details in the front part of the building, a holdover from its days as a granite cutting facility.

Our experts Ben Senning and Marc Johnson of Texture Technologies shared their wisdom about testing the texture of food, an incredibly valuable service for all of the product launchers. Their commitment to the food startup community truly shines.  And, we all had fun watching little pink cupcakes get smooshed.

A special thanks goes out to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington for sponsoring and the Lord Hobo Brewing Company for hosting the event.  Co-owner Steve Garfield let us in on some of the building's secrets including a stint in the movies…part of Ted was filmed there!

We'd also like to thank Waxy O'Connor's in Woburn for hosting the delightful after-party.
