Greentown GoMake 2025: Greentown Labs and Evonik are looking for startups at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4-7 that create or enable biodegradable polymers and other sustainable specialty chemicals that reduce the impact of personal-care products on humans, ecosystems, and the climate. DeltaClime Energy 2025 Challenge: This ninth DeltaClimeVT energy and climate business accelerator program is designed to accelerate the drive towards a zero-carbon future for Vermont, by helping Vermont’s utilities increase adoption of clean energy, smart building and electric vehicle technologies. Founders will work directly with Vermont utilities throughout the program to contribute to Vermont’s Comprehensive Energy Plan (90% renewables/efficiency by 2050), Vermont’s Climate Action Plan, and Burlington’s Net Zero by 2030 goals. The Export Expo on January 30-31 is the state’s largest and most important export event of the year that brings together resources, training and information for the local exporting community! The Massachusetts Export Center’s Export Expo provides a forum for exporters to connect with the wide range of export resources available in Massachusetts while learning about issues that impact their day-to-day operations. This year’s Export Expo will again be a virtual event that will include an exhibit area featuring government, non-profit and private sector service providers serving the export community. C10 Labs Winter 24 Cohort: This unique 10-week program is crafted to help the founders develop high impact theses — through refinement of existing ideas or creation of new ones — by leveraging the Spot-Probe process. The C10 Labs cohort program provides a new way of thinking about, building, accelerating, and scaling AI ventures that allows founders to focus on things that matter most! They are primarily looking for early stage ventures, either individuals or teams who have been speaking to potential customers and have made some progress on their product ideas, but may not have any funding or revenue yet. They consider teams with no funding, pre-seed funding, seed funding, and beyond. They are also looking for scientific innovators who have developed IP and want to collaborate with others to take that IP to the market. Application deadline is February 1. More information here.

The Massachusetts Climatetech Studio, a partnership between the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) and FedTech, helps entrepreneurs launch new climate technology ventures. The Climatetech Studio matches teams of entrepreneurs with cutting-edge technologies from federal and university labs during an intensive 16-week program cohort. Entrepreneurs work closely with expert coaches and advisors to assess the potential of their technologies and form strategies for successful commercialization. Each participant receives a $15,000 stipend and has the chance to win further prize money and grant funding.
