Minus the Moo is a premium ice cream made from real New England dairy and all the same ingredients as regular ice cream. We simply use the lactase enzyme to break down the lactose and make our ice cream lactose-free! Two-thirds of the population suffers from lactose-intolerance and either has to sacrifice taste and texture by eating dairy alternatives or eat regular ice cream and suffer the consequences. No lactose-free ice cream has offered the same creaminess and quality - until now!
