We are a small local company hand crafting all of our delicious specialty treats and desserts. We use organic nuts as the base of all of our products. This replaces the refined flours and other grains found in most treats and desserts. The raw nuts are soaked to begin the germination process. It’s at this point that the nutrients are most bio-available and easier to digest. No refined sugars are use, rather organic fruits and grade B maple syrup sweeten our treats for better nutrition and healthy fiber. Coconut oil instead of butter is used for heart health and a rich creamy texture. We gently dry our snacks at 118 degrees to protect heat sensitive vitamins, enzymes, and phytonutrients. All of our ingredients are carefully selected and minimally processed for taste, texture, and nutrition. We know you will appreciated the care and commitment we have to both taste and nutrition!
