Museum Scan, LLC helps museums turn physical artifacts into interactive digital learning experiences. Using high-resolution 3D scanning and photogrammetry, we capture historical objects and convert them into web-based 3D models, animations, and educational “Techpacks” that museums can use in classrooms or online exhibits. These tools allow students and visitors to explore artifacts in ways that are impossible with traditional displays, such as rotating objects in 3D or understanding how historical machines work through animation. We also produce tactile 3D replicas and relief prints to expand access through a new sensory medium. The goal of Museum Scan is to help museums preserve their collections digitally while making them more accessible, engaging, and useful for education.
