Find My Nurse

Find My Nurse provides real-time video-based health education using registered nurses. Our service can be used anytime and anywhere through our innovative platform. Our research shows that Doctors have limited time and resources to fully provide patients with quality care. Our virtual Nurses will fill this gap through education and coaching, ensuring that the patients are adequately equipped to manage their own health. To better engage patients, virtual Nurse will cover in detail an aspect of a patient’s condition in order to empower them to take full ownership of their health and well-being.
This is our effort to improve patient engagement, medication adherence and ultimately patient satisfaction. We believe that when people understand their condition they are able to live a more productive and fulfilled life.
