The Change Maker workshop is designed to take participants on a self-discovery journey that uncovers their values and what is important to them. It is completed in four workshop hours with a focus on creating a BE (bold/ energized) Change Project based on the participants values. The workshop guides individuals to become more self-aware and self-confident and to create change in their respective communities based on what is important to them. The outcome is a more energized and empowered leader able to communicate effectively, boldly self-advocate and compassionately advocate for others.
