Bub ‘n Mutha’s is a gourmet dry rub with a Maine attitude. That means, whlie we intended it to be used on anything with fur, fins, or feathers, our fans are actually using it on everything from avocado toast to fried zucchini. It even makes a fantastic margarita. Two flavors are available and both use real Maine ingredients from real Maine companies. DownEast Dinnah Dust was our original flavor and contains, maple syrup crystals from Maine Maple in Madison, ME and fresh roasted ground espresso from Coffee Hound in Brewer. Our Honey ‘n Heat adds chipotle which is a smoky spice that really adds to flavors without blowing your head off. Both of our rubs also use ground mustard from our friends at Raye’s Mustard in Eastport, ME. They also contain dried blueberry powder. Enjoy great flavor on almost anything you can imagine.
