Our first ever education technology event last night was quite the success. We launched 12 innovative #edtech startups at the impressive US Headquarters of Dassault Systemes. If you didn't know what Dassault was until our event, we're sure you were impressed with their demonstration during the presentation portion of the evening. They create all types of cool and useful 3D technology. Their HQ is also the site of SOLIDWORKS, a software company that produces CAD and CAE programs who sponsored our event.

What was your favorite startup? Perhaps you liked the one dedicated to streamlining the scholarship process? Or the application designed to coach students through the Common Application?  What about the app that takes learning out of the classroom with GPS based scavenger hunts? If you missed any of them last night, check out the whole line-up on our website. In addition to the great startup companies we also had experts from two local groups, BIBSMA, which provides business insurance and benefits services, and Proper Orange, a company aimed at helping others grow and scale.

Check out some of the cool blogs about the event — one from our friend Janet and one from Geoff.
