Nancy Cremins

Nancy is a passionate supporter and advisor to startups, with a particular interest in assisting female-founded startups. As a partner at Gesmer Updegrove, LLP, she handles a broad range of matters encountered by entrepreneurs and startups with a focus on dispute resolution and employment matters. As a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver and trained mediator, Nancy prefers to resolve disputes as early in the process as possible. Nancy is also the co-founder of SheStarts, an organization that helps women entrepreneurs starts and grow their businesses through networking, coaching and events.
