Lauren Herman holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an M.B.A from MIT Sloan School of Management. After serving as VP of Product and acting SVP of Engineering, Lauren now leads the People & Talent function at Jobcase, a social platform of more than 100 million members dedicated to empowering America’s workforce. She is passionate about improving people's lives by utilizing technology to foster and grow communities.
Ms. Herman joined Jobcase in June 2014. Prior to Jobcase, she served as Vice President at The Kessler Group. Prior to this, she served as Associate Manager at The Hudson River Group.
