Usability for SaaS applications

Jason heads up the User Experience Design practice for OHO Interactive, where he is Managing Partner and Chief Creative Officer. He brings over a decade of design experience to B2B and B2C applications, and has spearheaded the development of new, more user-friendly interfaces for leading companies in publishing, finance, and healthcare. An expert in user-centric design, Jason's unique take on user experience is to map business goals to application features, making SaaS products more profitable. Prior to founding OHO, Jason was a senior designer at Houghton Mifflin, where he led a team of 12 designers and editors to create educational materials that synthesized marketing and education needs. A magna cum laude graduate from Brown University, Jason received formal graphic design and photography training at the Rhode Island School of Design.
