Jarrod S. VanDerwerken, CPA, is a Principal in CCR’s Assurance Services Department. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lasell College (summa cum laude), where he subsequently served as an adjunct professor of accounting.
Mr. VanDerwerken has more than ten years of experience auditing public and private companies within the technology, software, retail, professional services, manufacturing and distribution industries. His areas of expertise include SEC/PCAOB reporting, revenue recognition, equity transactions, stock options and audits of employee benefit plans.
Mr. VanDerwerken is the Massachusetts industry team leader in CCR’s employee benefit practice and a member of the CCR’s Quality Control Advisory Group.
Mr. VanDerwerken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
