Dean has been a commercial real estate broker with R.W. Holmes since 1999, and his expertise encompasses all areas of real estate activity, including advising both tenants and landlords in lease negotiations as well as asset acquisition and disposition for both owner/users and investors. Dean has successfully represented over 300 of Suburban Boston’s most prominent businesses, and he currently represents over two million square feet of office and industrial assets for sale or lease in the MetroWest market. Dean has worked with a wide range of tenants, owners and investors, including Atlantic Management, MARIC, Inc., Partners Heath Care, The Massachusetts Dental Society, Middlesex Savings Bank, Perini Corporation, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, CMH2 Hill Companies, and Vibram. Dean is a graduate of Bates College and lives in Norfolk with his wife Cameron and son Owen.
