New Harvard tech venture leadership dual degree program – please help us get the word out to exceptional and diverse candidates!

Want to launch or lead a tech venture? Or know someone who does? To succeed, tech ventures must meet customers’ needs, leverage technology for advantage, and have a viable business model. By extension, their leaders must be trained as designers—of technologies, products, business models, and organizations. Harvard Business School (HBS) and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) launched a new joint engineering MS + MBA degree that provides hands-on training for future technical CEOs, CTOs and CDOs.

Help us spread the word to exceptional and diverse candidates! We seek students who have already distinguished themselves technically; the MS/MBA program will help propel them into leadership and management roles. Applicants need to: 1) love to build; 2) aspire to lead technology ventures; 3) have an undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field with a record of academic excellence; and 4) have at least two years of full-time work experience (ideally in product development roles). Learn more: Harvard Magazine article, press release, website. The application deadline in January 3, 2018. The program expects to welcome 30 students in August 2018.
