Kate Shore

Kate Shore advises organizations on how to extract, develop and protect their ideas for creating new products / services and improving operational performance, using an integrated set of systematic tools and methodologies. Most recently, she led the installation of an innovation program at Serco in the businesslink.gov.uk contract for the UK government. Kate specializes in 1) creating structure and focus in the front end of innovation, 2) advising organizations on how to increase the quantity and quality of their ideas from internal sources as well as partners, suppliers, and customers, 3) training client teams on innovation and IP management processes, and 4) developing data-driven strategies for innovation or IP management aligned with the key business objectives.
