Recruiting Volunteers for STEM education program

Joyce Plotkin is founder, chair and CEO of The DIGITS Project - a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education program designed to increase student interest in STEM subjects and careers. She has been involved, for more than a decade, in workforce development issues, developing creative solutions to help fill the pipeline of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) workers. She was appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to the statewide STEM Council where she is currently Vice Chair of the Council, serves on the Executive Committee and chairs the Public Awareness Subcommittee. She is also President Emerita of the Mass. Technology Leadership Council.
