Jeffrey C. Kristoff, CPA is a Manager in CCR’s Tax Department and a member of Entrepreneurial Services Group, which is a practice group that specializes in servicing the unique needs of closely held businesses. He received Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Worcester State College and a Masters of Business Administration from Assumption College.
Jeff has 7 years of experience working with both private and public companies within a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, and professional services. His expertise is in providing tax, accounting, and consulting services for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He has consulted with clients regarding business organization and structure including the tax consequences of business acquisitions, reorganizations and liquidations, identifying applicable Federal/state credits, and building financial forecast models.
Jeff is a member of the AICPA and the MSCPA.
