Heath Dill has been writing about food for the past 3 years. Now, through a successful Kickstarter campaign, will be writing a cookbook with foods found in Tolkien's world of Middle-Earth, with the help of "Tolkien Professor" and author of the recently-published "Exploring J.R.R. Tolkien's 'The Hobbit'", Corey Olsen.
