Carol works to increase exposure and membership at Staples Studio, a group of collaboration spaces catering to small offices and startups in the Boston area. She was an early supporter of coworking spaces and has worked in the industry for the eleven years. Prior to that, she rose up to the national accounts division of RAM Communications, selling to Fortune 500 companies. Before her stint at RAM, an opportunity to start at the ground floor in the growing PERS (personal emergency response) industry brought Carol to Lifeline Systems. Prior to her work at Lifeline, Carol sold office equipment for Ricoh. A period of working in and running the job placement department of the Computer Training & Repair Institute preceded that. Prior to selling office equipment in Boston, Carol traveled across the United States working in the restaurant and hospitality industries. She graduated from Boston College where Carol began her career as a case worker.
