In this session, we’ll explore how your personal values shape your decision-making and expectations in partnership. We’ll explore a guided values clarification exercise and introduce the “relationship inventory” as a way to surface patterns from past collaborations – personal and professional. Participants will leave with clearer insight into their partnership style and what they truly need to thrive.
