Innovations in the areas of mechanical and electrical prototyping have drastically lowered costs and therefore the barrier to entry for entrepreneurs to develop high performance prototypes . This presentation will examine methods, methodologies and processes to bootstrap hardware development with lower costs and shorter lead times. We’ll examine how to prototype various components, what should the goals be for that prototyping and finally the development process that yields the least risk and shortest timeline.
