New Featured Product: LAVA is Light and More for Your Music

One of the losses of the pandemic has been live music and live music venues. According to the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), without federal aid, as many as 90 percent of independent music venues could disappear due to COVID closures and lockdowns. Dropkick Murphys aside (their May streaming event from Fenway was a much-needed lockdown respite) most musicians have been holed up for months.  Some have been working on new material. Others have participated in virtual projects, solo or carefully arranged group projects.

Invent Boston Receives National Parenting Product Award

More than 3 years ago Invent Boston began testing, prototyping, and crowdfunding, and the Boston start-up scene was there with them from the beginning. The team trained at the IDEO co-lab, was mentored by Boston SCORE and Venture Café, participated in Mass Innovation Nights, presented on Boston Design Week & Venture Café panels, won a pitch contest at E for All, attended Bolt Hardware Boot Camp and became a finalist in Mass Challenge.

Featured MINovator Demand Sage

It's only fitting that our Featured MINovator this week offers easy access to data from HubSpot.  Demand Sage, started by two of Localytics founders, Raj Aggarwal and Henry Cipolla, gives everyone access to enterprise level Business Intelligence (BI). (Oh my, those words take me back to my Cognos days - ed. comment by Bobbie.)  Demand Sage takes data from HubSpot and connects to Google Sheets. 

Featured MINovator - Brownmed

MIN64 alum Brownmed has launched a temporary production worksite in central Massachusetts to produce lifesaving PPE to protect health care workers and others from the spread of COVID-19.
 
The launch of the site was made possible through an innovative partnership with The Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MassMEP), Worcester Public Schools and Chacharone Properties.
