Jamie brings over 17 years of franchising experience, spanning supplier roles at Franchise Solutions and Franchise Business Review and franchise development roles at Meineke, Homewatch CareGivers, Woofie’s, and Resting Rainbow. As Director of Franchise Development at EverSmith Brands, she leads franchise growth strategy and license sales. Outside work, she’s a mother of two, an identical twin, a dog lover, and an aspiring stand-up comedian.

Brett is the Lead Financial Trainer for Threshold Brands, a multi-brand franchisor in the commercial and residential home services segment. With over 25 years in franchising, Brett is passionate about working with franchisees and their respective brands to grow and excel, by providing operational and financial education and coaching.

This virtual networking forum is designed for professionals across the franchise ecosystem who want real conversations — not surface-level introductions.
