Addressing a stark absence of opportunities for youth grades 3-6 to learn about entrepreneurship, One Hen provides curriculum and other supportive resources for educators to use in schools and community based organizations. Inspired by a children’s book about a young boy in Ghana that grows his one chicken into the largest poultry farm in Ghana, One Hen provides children in the greater Boston area as well as around the world with the tools and vision to engage in entrepreneurship and philanthropy.
