Currently there are no tests available to law enforcement to determine functional ability to drive after marijuana use. IMMAD is such a test. It is a finger tap tablet application that capitalizes on the retinal dysfunction with marijuana use that causes impairment to perceive depth, speed and contrast. The fatality rates specific to marijuana only are now a public health crisis in states with legal recreational use.
