Adey Foods is a specialty food producer with a focus on the production of ready to eat, as well as basic ingredients for the preparation of Ethiopian foods. Currently, the availability of Ethiopian foods is limited to restaurants in major metropolitan areas, and ethnic Ethiopian stores serving a clientele of primarily Ethiopian customers. Healthy, locally sourced, made from scratch Ethiopian items in the aisles of local grocery stores has been long overdue.
