SGO Power Hour Workshop: Sourcing diverse candidates creatively

Do you find yourself saying hiring diverse candidates is a pipeline problem? If only you knew how to attract talent beyond what everyone else does? We’ve got a list of creative ways to source candidates who are different from you.

We’ll begin the conversation by providing you a basic understanding of unconscious bias, as well as different types of biases that might be impacting the way you’re thinking about sourcing. You’ll walk away knowing:

  • What an unconscious bias is and how it relates to sourcing a diverse set of candidates
  • Concrete tips to source beyond the usual methods

Please note that this topic is one portion of our longer workshopsthat cover many aspects to creating an inclusive culture.

Who should attend?
Hiring managers, recruiters, human resources – All genders are welcome!
