Last night's event, our 97th, was bustling with attendees, startups and robots! Hosted at the spectacular Innovation and Design Building in Boston's Seaport District and sponsored by MassTLC, MassRobotics and Amazon Robotics, #MIN97 featured products from 10 startups. We had robots specializing in factory inventory management, housecleaning, and yard work! In addition, a team of high school robot engineers presented their award winning robot and showed attendees how they were inspiring young kids to gain interest in STEM. We also had experts on hand providing great business insights to attendees: Alpine Bearing offers high quality bearings that have application across a wide variety of industries. BIBSMA offered advice on business insurance and benefits and expert Julia Hansen displayed awesome cutouts and printing services from CIC's Design Town. Expert Peter Russo of the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership spoke to attendees about taking ideas from prototype to mass production. Special thanks goes to the Savory Cater for providing a great food spread, and to Suja for their delicious juice drinks.
