Prior to joining WeWork, Kathleen was on the founding team of Boston based startup Grapevine. From 2013-2017, the company saw many "homes," from the CIC, to MassChallenge and then Techstars. During this process, Kathleen became very well versed in all things "startup." Well executed collaborative working environments and inspirational cultural surroundings are crucial for a fast growing team's success. She is now the Sales Lead for WeWork in the Boston market, and is actively growing the member base in Boston by partnering with commercial real estate brokers, and growing companies of 20-500+ employees.
