Marina has more than 20 years of experience providing all aspects of global transfer pricing services to multinational firms operating in various countries and across multiple industries. She advises clients with regard to the market/arm’s-length nature of their transfer pricing structure related to cross border transfers of tangible goods, intellectual property, administrative and other services, and intercompany financing. Marina advises a variety of types of companies, including multinational corporations and their worldwide affiliates in navigating and complying with the vast array of transfer pricing guidelines and methods applicable in different countries, as well as OECD guidelines.

CHAYA SIEGFRIED, SENIOR MANAGER, CPA, MST, WITHUM

Chaya heads up the firm’s International Business Tax Group and specializes in International Tax. She has more than 10 years of professional experience, including public accounting and private industry. Her expertise lies in advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. Chaya is responsible for a variety of assignments with domestic and international companies, including tax due diligence, tax compliance, tax provision and uncertain tax positions; global tax minimization planning; foreign tax credit studies; earnings and profit studies; acquisitions and dispositions of operating units; and other related matters.

 

SAUL HOWERTON, VP, ADVISORY, RADIUS

Saul is the VP of Advisory at Radius, managing the global advisory team of about 60 people across 7 countries. The advisory team advises clients across five lines of service including Human Resource, Global Tax, US Tax, Global Mobility, Corporate Governance/Legal. Saul has more than fifteen years of experience in advisory for global operations and has been with Radius for more than nine years.
