Design Thinking Crash Course

About This Workshop

Learn how to use the design thinking methods developed by David Kelly at the Stanford d.School, as well as how to make faster and better design decisions by putting the customer first.

Design Thinking is based on a series of steps:

  1. Empathy
  2. Definition
  3. Ideation
  4. Prototyping
  5. Testing

And a set of Mindsets:

  • Human Centered
  • Bias Towards Action
  • Show, Don’t Tell
  • Radical Collaboration
  • Culture of Prototyping
  • Mindful of Process

We will touch on each of these during the crash course.
