Corporate Product Development Chef

At Roche Bros. Supermarkets, I’m responsible for developing new prepared food offerings, recommending innovative packaged goods to our buyers, and creating recipes for our consumers. My culinary career at Johnson & Wales during which I was a Sous Chef at a country club in RI. After graduation, I spent several years at PF Chang’s, before moving on to serve as the Personal Chef for the Archbishop of New Jersey. I have been with Roche Bros. for the last 5 years, though my toughtest culinary critics are my 7 & 10 year old sons. My goal at Roche Bros. Supermarkets is to take the role of R&D Chef to the next level by taking my creativity, combined with our company’s culture, quality and consistency and bring that to our customers through as many avenues as possible.
